What is the shipping and delivery policy for orders?

Most vendors offer free local delivery. Each individual store owner and vendor on Perdido Treasures are responsible for the ordering and shipping process of your products. Shipping rates are clearly displayed and may vary by location, product weight and vendor. Specials ordered directly from Perdido Treasures will be processed with additional support from Perdido Treasures.

How do I return an item damaged in transit?



Damaged items may be returned and or refunded by the individual vendor depending on their policy.  Also, shipping insurance may be an option depending on vendor or shippers options offered.

I can't find the product I need, can you order it in?

Perdido Treasures offers many custom ordered products such as surf boards, theme based crafts or specific paintings. If you can't find your product on this site or the vendors site, feel free to contact them for any other requests or orders.

  
Can I purchase these products cheaper through the vendor? 

Perdido Treasures does NOT profit on the sales volume of our vendors. They can list their products for whatever price they desire and discount them as much as they like.

What payment methods do you accept?



Payments are securely processed through Paypal and most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your reciept and order confirmation are instant. Some vendors may accept cash and checks.
