 Over the years, ownership and management of this little seafood market has changed, but the dedication to quality, freshness, and service never has and never will.
 

 After two decades, Joy and Johnny Hatfield have recently sold the market. . . however, the family and their boats continue to bring our customers the friendliest service and freshest seafood on the gulf.
 

 The new owner Cathy Green of the popular Fisherman's Corner Seafood Restaurant, is proud to continue their legacy and intends to add her own personality to Perdido Key Seafood in the near future.
 

 There are plans to bring our customers a wider variety of fresh produce, home baked desserts, select wines, prime beef, and gourmet foods to accent their seafood selections.
 

 Plans to install a fresh herb garden next door, increase dockside access, and eventually build a casual "water view" diner above the market are on the drawing board.
